Welcome to SAGE Counsellor

Self Awareness Greater Enlightenment

Welcome

My name is Carmen and I am the founder of Sage Counsellor the counselling, clinical supervision and therapy company.

I have worked as a thriving counsellor for over 20 years. Although my main training is in Person Centred counselling I employ other therapies to suit each individual. I have extensive experience with young people and offer counselling to those of 11 years and upwards.

I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor an have a down to earth, warm approach and work with candour with my clients and supervisees.

My Philosophy

We all have times in our lives when life throws difficult things at us.

I believe it can help to talk to someone who is professionally trained, neutral, who will not judge you, who you do not need to protect from what you are going through.

Counselling can provide you with a safe and confidential space to:

Offload to someone who will listen without judgement.

Develop a deeper understanding of yourself and situation.

Consider your options, identify strategies & resources.

Find a way forward.

Each client is different and your experience is unique to you. All sessions are private, confidential and bespoke to you.

I offer online, telephone and in person counselling.
